BONETE
as we call it in our language: Tagalog. Also called Pambonete or Panbonete. It is a soft golden yellow baked cake “dinner roll bread” as the English call it. A type of sweets with the shape of “bonnet” (referring to the hat used by priests during the Spanish colonial era, that is, as a chef’s hat). Best enjoyed while it is still warm; it is often served with a melting of butter as a toppings. Ideal at any time of the day with tea, coffee, or cold drinks. BROWNIES
takes its name from its “brown” color. It is a sweet cake, made of chocolate and sprinkled with peanut grains. BUKO PIE
is a popular pastry product from our country; considered a specialty from the city of Laguna, which is located in Luzon. Its filling is made from sweetened coconut pulp. HOPIANG SIBUYAS

MONAY
is known as the mother of Filipino sweet bread. It was originally called Pan de monja (nun’s bread). It is a simple, soft, yellow bread with a marked split in the middle. To be combined with coffee, hot tea, or chocolate. INGREDIENTS: flour “0”, yeast, eggs, salt, milk, sugar and olive oil.
ENSAYMADA
or ensaimada in Spanish, is a type of sweet bread born in Majorca, Spain. During the Spanish domination, it was assimilated and modified by local production. PANDECOCO
is also known as coconut sweet bread in English. It is one of the most typical baked sweet products of the Philippines. This bread is sweet, soft, and golden in color with coconut pulp filling. PUDDING
is a type of sweet, soft but compact cake; it looks a bit like the Italian country cake (torta paesana) and chestnut cake. Our version is made from a mixture of sweet and savory bread with the addition of candied fruits. Ideal as a breakfast, snack, or even as a dessert. PUSIT
